We require a Director of Food and Beverage. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, enjoy being creative and believe in fostering a strong team-orientated environment.  Candidate will currently be a Food and Beverage Director or Manager from a large 4/5* property.

You will be responsible for all F&B outlets ensuring the service delivery is efficient, friendly and up to the company standards.  The successful candidate will provide leadership to all departments to achieve their goals and objectives and inspire employees to achieve those goals.
