Hotel Reception Manager, Dublin City Centre.
This beautiful 5* Hotel with excellent standards requires a Reception Manager with experience of all Front of House operations.
Your standards will be to 4* de luxe or 5* level, with an excellent background in staff management. You will be fully conversant with Fidelio or a similar system.
This is both a corporate and leisure hotel and you will have experience in both markets, with a good understanding of yield management. As part of the Senior Management Team you will be required to achieve objectives and targets and liaise with all other departments.
Within the hotel there is an excellent team atmosphere, where the lines of communication are always open. You will work closely both with other departments and your own and ensure that this team spirit is fostered and furthered.
