This beautiful 5* Hotel with excellent standards requires a Reception Manager with experience of all Front of House operations.
Your standards will be to 4* de luxe or 5* level, with an excellent background in staff management. You will be fully conversant with Fidelio or a similar system.
This is both a corporate and leisure hotel and you will have experience in both markets, with a good understanding of yield management. As part of the Senior Management Team you will be required to achieve objectives and targets and liaise with all other departments.

The ideal candidate will have spent a few years on Hotel Reception and have worked in a Senior position/Management on a Reception Desk. You will have good yield management skills, excellent customer services and staff management and be able to run an extremely busy Reception Department. You will liaise with all other departments and be responsible to the General Manager.
