Executive Head Chef, Midlands.
Salary €45k plus
Executive Head Chef required for a very busy, up market, 4* Hotel, situated in the Midlands region of Ireland. The hotel has a 150 seater restaurant with large banqueting facilities. Conferences and weddings form a large part of the business. The Brigade currently consists of 18. The Kitchen is a dream to work in with excellent equipment and a great team.
We are seeking an established Executive Chef or a strong Executive Sous, with a minimum of two years experience at the highest level. Strong culinary knowledge is required with a proven track record in delivering budgets. Complete knowledge of HACCP required and recognized training in HACCP a must.
