Sous Chef, Dublin City Centre Hotel.
Salary to €45k
This 5* Hotel requires an excellent culinary chef who will work with the existing Executive Head Chef to run the main fine dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be from a good 4* or 5* background, preferably with a history of winning awards. You will be creative and innovative with varied Restaurant skills as well as volume experience, an International background would be an advantage.
You must be quality conscious and capable of updating and maintaining Standards of Practise, and your staff management skills will be excellent.
