This lovely 4* hotel in the Southern French Alps, part of a well respected group, requires a Resident Manager. The Hotel has 80 bedrooms plus 54 apartments. Bar and Restaurant. The business is very leisure (winter sports) oriented and the ideal candidate will come from a similar background.
Responsible for every aspect of the Hotel operation and reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the suitable candidate will through a dedicated team of 50 employees control all functions including operations, marketing, personnel and development. The achievement of a high- level customer satisfaction and the ability to develop customers and grow turnover is a major objective for the role, ensuring that guests enjoy their stay and that all staff work together as an efficient team.

Fluent French is a must for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior chef to work in the Sun in one of the world’s top 10 Villas. Cooking for private residents from 2 to 20. You will need excellent cooking ability coupled with flair and imagination. You are responsible for the full running of the kitchen. Some French would be an advantage.
